Ball Bird is a banner specifically produced for usage on Pro Evo Network. The banner has a quick dig at the game Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 (that most of the site is built around), due to it being very buggy when released. We're still waiting for the patch to be released so the league can get up and running again.

So please Konami, if you're listening send us the patch.
